CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
FOR
THE COLEMAN A. YOUNG MUNICIPAL CENTER

Each contractor or vendor will be required to produce a Certificate of Insurance proving the following minimum amounts of in-force coverage:

• Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit bodily injury and property damage.
• Commercial Auto Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence combined single limit bodily injury and property damage.
• Workers’ Compensation: As determined by statue.
• Employer’s Liability: $500,000 per accident.
• Umbrella Liability: $5,000,000 per occurrence and aggregate.

The certificate should also name the following as additional insured:
