2024 D-WJBA Meeting Schedule (opens in new window)

The Detroit-Wayne Joint Building Authority (DWJBA) Management Office will be opened with limited hours Monday – Thursday and will not be accepting visitors without an appointment or without official business with the DWJBA. Appointments can be made by calling (313) 309-2300.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, and effective until further notice; if you are a tenant in the building and have a non-emergency building-related issue, please put in a work order through the AWARE system. If you have an URGENT building issue, please call (313) 309-2320 and speak with the Security Command Desk located at the Randolph (east) entrance.

If you are a member of the public seeking assistance from the City of Detroit or the County of Wayne, be advised that many departments may require visitors to make an appointment only. For more information, please see the links below:
